Enterprise Report Manager

Enterprise Report Manager (ERM) will: Automatically capture, Index, Import All documents and reports are generated by mainframe or other computers directly into the Document Manager system for easy retrieval, viewing on screen and potentially delivered by email or fax.

Quick to find and view. No need to print.
All data is centrally managed, enabling users to search for and view documents on line, exactly as if they had been printed and scanned.

Access reports directly from existing system
Use your familiar transaction system screens to find files and documents, without the need to search your filing cabinet. Documents can be displayed using a shortcut key.

Share reports across remote sites
Documents captured by ERM are ideal for access between remote sites or across busy networks. Retrieval is quick as each document is small, typically 2 - 5Kb per page, compared to 40 - 50KB for the equivalent scanned document.

Immediate access across all areas of the business
Numerous departments will benefit from quicker access, e.g. Accounts Receivable will have immediate access to sales invoices by displaying the account details in the accounts system, and linking to the related invoices with a "Hot Key".
