Sending and Receiving Documents
Sending faxes is as simple as adding a fax recipient from the address book or adding the contact information in the Send Fax window. Fax Appliance offers a cover sheet option and allows users to add cover sheet notes. Users are notified of transmission status on sent or received faxesvia email or print. Fax Appliance can easily be configured so that incoming faxes may be printed, received as an email attachment, or saved on the network. Users can also manage faxes via a web client in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome
MFP Integration
Integration of Fax Appliance with multi-function products (MFP) allows organizations to consolidate network faxing services. MFP integration is included in all Fax Appliance models, allowing users to easily fax paper documents using an MFP or network scanner equipped with scan-to-email functionality. Users who identify themselves at the MFP or scanner will have the faxes sent from their account while guest users will have their faxes sent from the system account. The subject line of the email message can even be used to add cover sheet notes.
Simplified Administration
System administration is simplified through a unified administration utility. Manage users, devices, printers, cover sheets, reports, and system configuration. Adding users is as simple as adding contacts to an address book. Fax Appliance provides a straightforward and easy to sort view of your fax history. Running reports by date or other fax information is simple and intuitive.
