Is your FaxPress model compatible with version 9?
There is a final opportunity to upgrade to v9 for the following discontinued FaxPress models:-
- FaxPress Small Business Edition (SBE)
- FaxPress 2500
- FaxPress 5000
- FaxPress 7000
- FaxPress 7500
Your current software version must be at least v6 or above for compatibility with version 9.
We recommend upgrading to the new Fax Appliance platform. However if you intend to continue with your existing FaxPress hardware then you should upgrade to v9 while it is still available.
Upgrade to the new Fax Appliance Platform for Windows 7 support
An upgrade path is available for all FaxPress customers to the new FaxPress Plus Platform with the Desktop Appliance, Premier Appliance and Redundant Appliance.
